Account banakar, sign in karke, ya LeadHuntr kaise bhi use karke aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Agar agree nahi karte, to service use na karein.
2. Eligibility aur account ki zimmedari
LeadHuntr use karne ke liye aapki umar kam se kam 18 saal honi chahiye. Aap apne account se hone wale har kaam ke zimmedar hain — match rules aur automation ki activity samet. Apne credentials secure rakhein aur account kisi se share na karein.
3. Sahi registration information
Registration ke waqt accurate aur complete details dein aur unhe update rakhein. Galat details ya kisi aur ki pehchaan use karna allowed nahi hai.
4. Permitted use
- IndiaMART BuyLeads match karne ke liye keyword, priority, aur exclusion rules configure karna;
- Automation se apne IndiaMART account ke permissions ke andar BuyLeads match aur unlock karna;
- Dashboard mein results dekhna aur BuyLead records export karna; aur
- Subscription aur account settings manage karna.
5. Prohibited activities
- LeadHuntr ka unlawful, fraudulent, ya abusive use;
- Bina authorization ke accounts, systems, ya networks ko access/probe karna;
- Humare diye gaye workflows ke bahar IndiaMART ya LeadHuntr se data scrape karna;
- Account ya login credentials share, bech, ya transfer karna;
- Unlawful, unsolicited, ya spam messages bhejne ke liye service use karna;
- Kisi ke intellectual property ya rights ka infringement; ya
- Service ka reverse engineer, decompile, ya source code nikalne ki koshish.
6. Aapke IndiaMART aur third-party accounts
LeadHuntr aapke IndiaMART seller account ke saath kaam karta hai, aur aap Google/Facebook se bhi sign in kar sakte hain. Aap khud apne IndiaMART aur baaki third-party accounts ki zimmedari lete hain — unke permissions, BuyLead credits, aur IndiaMART/providers ke rules, policies, aur terms ki compliance samet. IndiaMART par kharch kiye gaye BuyLead credits LeadHuntr subscription se alag hain.
7. Independent product
LeadHuntr ek independent product hai. Ye IndiaMART, Google, ya Facebook se endorsed, sponsored, ya affiliated nahi hai, aur unme se koi bhi LeadHuntr ke liye zimmedar nahi hai.
8. Subscriptions, billing, renewal, aur cancellation
LeadHuntr ek paid subscription service hai. Plans aur prices hamari website par hain. Aap Razorpay ke through card ya UPI se pay kar sakte hain; payment information kaise handle hoti hai, ye privacy policy mein hai.
- Renewal. Agar aapne Razorpay recurring billing se subscribe kiya hai, to subscription same billing period ke liye automatically renew hoti hai jab tak cancel na karein.
- Cancellation. Aap kabhi bhi application ke Settings page se, ya support@leadhuntr.tech par contact karke cancel kar sakte hain. Cancellation se future renewals ruk jaate hain aur current period ke baad koi charge nahi aata.
- Refunds. Payment ke 7 din ke andar unhappy hain, to LeadHuntr subscription fee ka full refund mil sakta hai — hamari refund policy dekhein. Bank/UPI transaction charges aur already spent IndiaMART BuyLead credits refundable nahi hain.
9. Intellectual property
LeadHuntr, uske software, branding, aur content, LeadHuntr team aur uske licensors ke paas hai. Hum aapko in terms ke anusaar service use karne ka limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right dete hain. In terms se koi intellectual property aapko transfer nahi hoti.
10. Aapka content aur configuration
Aapke match rules, dashboard data, aur baaki content aapke hain. Aap humein ye data store aur process karne ka right dete hain taaki service chale, jaisa privacy policy mein bataya gaya hai.
11. Third-party services
LeadHuntr IndiaMART, Supabase, Razorpay, aur Google/Facebook jaisi third-party services par depend karta hai. Unki availability aur terms hamare control mein nahi hain, aur unke actions, outages, ya policies ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.
12. Service availability aur modifications
Hum LeadHuntr ko available aur accurate rakhne ki koshish karte hain, lekin uninterrupted ya error-free operation ki guarantee nahi dete. IndiaMART ke changes matching/unlocking behavior ko affect kar sakte hain. Hum features modify, suspend, ya discontinue kar sakte hain — jahan practical ho, reasonable notice ke saath.
13. Account suspension aur termination
Aap kabhi bhi LeadHuntr use karna band kar apna account delete kar sakte hain — user data deletion page dekhein. Agar aap in terms violate karte hain, service ka abuse karte hain, ya service/dusre users ko risk mein dalte hain, to hum account suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain.
14. Disclaimers
LeadHuntr "as is" aur "as available" provide hota hai, bina kisi warranty ke. Hum warrant nahi karte ki koi khaas BuyLeads match/unlock hoga, results profitable honge, ya service uninterrupted rahegi. IndiaMART ya baaki third-party services ki content aur availability ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.
15. Limitation of liability
Law ke maximum limit tak, in terms ya LeadHuntr ke use se humari total liability, claim se pehle 12 mahino mein aapke diye gaye subscription amount se zyada nahi hogi. Hum lost profits, lost IndiaMART BuyLead credits, data loss, ya indirect/consequential damages ke liye zimmedar nahi hain.
16. Governing law aur disputes
In terms par India ke laws lagu hote hain. Aap aur LeadHuntr pehle kisi bhi dispute ko support@leadhuntr.tech par contact karke informally solve karne ki koshish karenge. Jo disputes resolve nahi hote, un par India ki competent courts ka exclusive jurisdiction hoga.
17. Terms mein badlav
Hum in terms ko time-to-time update kar sakte hain. Changes is page par revised "Last updated" date ke saath post hone par effective hote hain. Update ke baad LeadHuntr use karte rahne ka matlab hai naye terms ki sweekriti.
