Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, signing in, or using LeadHuntr, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Independent product
LeadHuntr is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with IndiaMART. IndiaMART accounts, terms, available BuyLeads, and credits remain separate.
Your account
- Provide accurate information
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share them
- Use only an account you are authorised to control
- Tell us promptly if you believe the account is compromised
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LeadHuntr, interfere with other customers, bypass access controls, share credentials, or use the service for unlawful scraping, fraud, spam, or infringement.
Plans, billing, and refunds
The charge, billing period, included plan limits, and refund terms shown during signup form part of your purchase. IndiaMART BuyLead credits are not included.
Renewal and cancellation
If you choose recurring billing, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from Settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; any access that continues after cancellation is shown before confirmation.
Intellectual property
LeadHuntr branding, content, and service materials are owned by LeadHuntr or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Your business information and preferences remain yours.
Availability and decisions
LeadHuntr does not guarantee that a particular opportunity remains available, that an account connection remains active, or that any opportunity becomes a sale. You remain responsible for customer contact and business decisions.
Service changes and account termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue customer-visible capabilities, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using LeadHuntr and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or put customers or the service at risk.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, LeadHuntr is provided without an absolute guarantee and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date on this page and communicate material changes through the application or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
