1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using LeadHuntr in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "LeadHuntr" means the product and website at leadhuntr.tech, and "we" or "us" means the LeadHuntr team.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement to use LeadHuntr. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including the match rules you configure and any activity carried out by the automation on your behalf. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account with others.
3. Accurate registration information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. Using false details or someone else's identity is not allowed.
4. Permitted use
Subject to these terms, you may use LeadHuntr to:
- Configure keyword, priority, and exclusion rules for matching IndiaMART BuyLeads;
- Have the automation match and unlock BuyLeads within the permissions of your IndiaMART account;
- Monitor results in your dashboard and export your BuyLead records; and
- Manage your subscription and account settings.
5. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use LeadHuntr for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with accounts, systems, or networks without authorization;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from IndiaMART or LeadHuntr outside the workflows we provide;
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials;
- Use the service to send unlawful, unsolicited, or spam messages;
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone; or
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
6. Your IndiaMART and third-party accounts
LeadHuntr works with your IndiaMART seller account, and you may also sign in with Google or Facebook. You are solely responsible for your IndiaMART and other third-party accounts, including their permissions, BuyLead credits, and compliance with IndiaMART's and the providers' rules, policies, and terms. BuyLead credits you spend on IndiaMART are separate from your LeadHuntr subscription.
7. Independent product
LeadHuntr is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with IndiaMART, Google, or Facebook, and none of them is responsible for LeadHuntr.
8. Subscriptions, billing, renewal, and cancellation
LeadHuntr is a paid subscription service. Plans and prices are shown on our website. You may pay by card or UPI through Razorpay; our privacy policy describes how payment information is handled.
- Renewal. If you subscribe through Razorpay's recurring billing, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the application, or by contacting us at support@leadhuntr.tech. Cancellation takes effect immediately — the bot stops and no further charges are made.
- Refunds. If you are unhappy within 7 days of payment, you can request a full refund of the LeadHuntr subscription fee under our refund policy. Bank or UPI transaction charges and IndiaMART BuyLead credits already spent are not refundable.
9. Intellectual property
LeadHuntr, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by the LeadHuntr team and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10. Your content and configuration
Your match rules, dashboard data, and other content you provide to LeadHuntr remain yours. You grant us the right to store and process this content to provide the service, and to keep it as described in our privacy policy.
11. Third-party services
LeadHuntr depends on third-party services, including IndiaMART, Supabase, Razorpay, and Google and Facebook. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policies.
12. Service availability and modifications
We work to keep LeadHuntr available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. IndiaMART changes can affect matching and unlocking behavior. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
13. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using LeadHuntr and delete your account at any time — see the user data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users or the service at risk.
14. Disclaimers
LeadHuntr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any particular BuyLeads will be matched or unlocked, that results will be profitable, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the content or availability of IndiaMART or other third-party services.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of LeadHuntr will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost IndiaMART BuyLead credits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. You and LeadHuntr will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@leadhuntr.tech. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of LeadHuntr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
