What deleting your account does
Deleting your LeadHuntr account removes your profile, match rules, saved IndiaMART session, BuyLead records, and notifications. Subscription and financial records are removed or retained only as required by legal and financial-record obligations, as described below.
Deleting your LeadHuntr account does not delete your IndiaMART seller account, and it does not undo BuyLeads already unlocked or credits already spent on IndiaMART. Those are governed by IndiaMART.
Option 1: Delete your account in the application (recommended)
- Log in at app.leadhuntr.tech.
- Open Settings from your account menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
- Click Delete account and confirm both prompts.
Your account and its data are then removed and you are signed out.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app option, email support@leadhuntr.tech from the email address registered with your LeadHuntr account, with the subject line "LeadHuntr Account Deletion Request". Tell us you want your account and data deleted.
Identity verification
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity — for example, by confirming details from your account — before processing the request.
What happens next
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and financial-record obligations. After we verify your request, we will confirm and share a timeline for completion. We do not make up a fixed completion period in advance.
If you signed in with Facebook
If you signed in to LeadHuntr with Facebook, you can also remove LeadHuntr from your Facebook apps:
- Open Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find LeadHuntr in your list of apps and remove it.
Removing Facebook authorization alone does not delete your LeadHuntr account. To delete your account and data, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
