What is LeadHuntr?
LeadHuntr is a cloud-based tool for IndiaMART sellers. It monitors available BuyLeads, checks them against seller-defined keywords, exclusions, priorities, cities, and states, and unlocks a BuyLead only when the configured rules match.
Is LeadHuntr part of IndiaMART?
No. LeadHuntr is an independent product for IndiaMART sellers. It is not owned, endorsed, or operated by IndiaMART.
Does LeadHuntr automatically unlock every BuyLead?
No. The workflow is match first, unlock second. LeadHuntr checks each available requirement against your rules and skips BuyLeads that do not meet them. Your rule quality still matters, so no automation can promise zero irrelevant unlocks.
How does BuyLead matching work?
You add the product keywords you sell, assign priorities and daily limits, write exclusion phrases, and choose any city or state filters you need. LeadHuntr compares those rules with the BuyLead title and location before deciding whether it qualifies.
Can I exclude products I do not sell?
Yes. You can add exclusion phrases for products or requirement patterns you do not want. A matching exclusion causes LeadHuntr to skip that BuyLead.
Can I target specific cities or states?
Yes. LeadHuntr supports city and state filters. If you set both, a BuyLead must satisfy both filters before it can qualify.
Does my computer need to remain turned on?
No. After setup and connection, monitoring runs in LeadHuntr’s cloud. You may need to reconnect if the saved IndiaMART session expires, but your laptop does not need to remain open for routine checks.
How often does LeadHuntr check BuyLeads?
The current plan intervals are every 15 minutes on Starter, every 5 minutes on Pro, and every 1 minute on Turbo. These are scheduled checks, not a guarantee that every matching BuyLead will still be available.
Will LeadHuntr use my IndiaMART BuyLead credits?
Yes. When LeadHuntr unlocks a matching BuyLead, IndiaMART may consume the applicable BuyLead credit. LeadHuntr is designed to filter before unlocking, but you remain responsible for your rules and IndiaMART account usage.
Are IndiaMART BuyLead credits included in my subscription?
No. A LeadHuntr subscription pays for the monitoring and matching service. IndiaMART BuyLead credits are purchased from and governed by IndiaMART separately.
How is my IndiaMART session protected?
LeadHuntr stores the session data needed for monitoring in encrypted form. It is used to access the BuyLeads available to your seller account and expires after a defined period. You can disconnect or delete your account to remove stored session data.
Can I review and export matched BuyLeads?
Yes. The product includes a dashboard for BuyLead activity and a CSV export for follow-up or record keeping.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can pause monitoring from the product and cancel your subscription from Settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately — the bot stops and no further renewals are charged.
What is the refund policy?
LeadHuntr offers a full refund of the LeadHuntr subscription fee when requested within 7 days of payment. IndiaMART credits and third-party transaction charges are separate and are not refunded by LeadHuntr.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Starter for a small catalog and 15-minute checks, Pro for an active sales desk that needs 15 keywords and 5-minute checks, or Turbo for a high-volume catalog that needs unlimited keywords and 1-minute checks.
