What LeadHuntr is
LeadHuntr is a cloud automation service for sellers on IndiaMART. It watches your IndiaMART BuyLeads, matches requirements against the rules you set (keywords, priorities, exclusions), and unlocks the matching BuyLeads on your behalf. LeadHuntr is developed and operated in India. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create a LeadHuntr account, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optional business details such as phone number, city, and company name. Your account is managed through Supabase Auth, which stores your account identifier, authentication method, and — if you set a password — a secure password hash. LeadHuntr never stores your password in plain text.
If you sign in with an identity provider such as Google or Facebook, that provider may share basic profile information (for example your name, email address, and profile picture) with Supabase Auth during sign-in. LeadHuntr stores your name and email address, and does not itself collect or store profile images or the passwords of your Google or Facebook accounts.
Business information you submit
- IndiaMART session data. To operate on your behalf, LeadHuntr stores an encrypted copy of your IndiaMART seller session (cookies and related session data). It is encrypted before storage and is used only to access the BuyLeads you are allowed to see and unlock.
- Match rules. The keywords, priorities, cities, states, exclusions, and quiet hours you configure for matching BuyLeads.
- BuyLead records. Information about BuyLeads we match and unlock for you — such as title, buyer location, quantity, and matched keyword — is stored in your account so you can review and export it.
- Payment details. Your plan, billing period, payment amounts, and — for UPI payments — the transaction reference you provide. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never pass through LeadHuntr.
Technical and security information
We collect limited technical data needed to run and secure the service: service and error logs (with request identifiers and timestamps), worker task status, and records of administrative actions. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored. Our marketing website does not use analytics cookies or tracking scripts. It loads font files from Google Fonts, which receives font requests and may process visitor IP addresses.
How we use your information
We use your information for:
- Account creation and authentication — including sign-in with Google or Facebook.
- Delivering the service — matching and unlocking BuyLeads, sending notifications, showing your dashboard, and exporting your leads.
- Security and abuse prevention — protecting your account and the service from unauthorized access and misuse.
- Billing — processing payments and managing subscriptions.
- Support — responding to your requests.
- Legal compliance — meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
Google and Facebook authentication
Authentication for LeadHuntr may be provided through Supabase and enabled identity providers such as Google and Facebook. When you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, you are redirected to that provider, and the provider tells Supabase who you are. LeadHuntr never receives or stores your Google or Facebook passwords. You can revoke sign-in access at any time in your Google Account settings or in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings — see the user data deletion page for steps.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers to operate LeadHuntr:
- Supabase — authentication (including Google and Facebook sign-in) and database storage.
- Railway — hosting of the LeadHuntr API and background automation workers.
- Hostinger — hosting of this website and the LeadHuntr application interface.
- Razorpay — payment processing, including card and UPI payments.
- Axiom — storage of operational logs.
- IndiaMART — the third-party marketplace whose BuyLeads the service automates on your behalf.
- Google Fonts — font files loaded by this website, and WhatsApp for outbound chat links.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, with your consent, or where required to comply with law, protect our rights or your safety, or in connection with a dispute. BuyLead records are kept for your use of the service and are not made public.
Data retention
We keep your account information and BuyLead records for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We do not apply a fixed deletion period to account data. Certain operational data is kept for shorter, defined periods: your encrypted IndiaMART session expires after 30 days, worker task records are cleaned up after about 24 hours, and read notifications and aggregate cycle metrics after about 30 days. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described on the user data deletion page.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data: session credentials are encrypted before storage, traffic is protected in transit with HTTPS, access to accounts is authenticated and authorized per user, and the service enforces rate limits and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can access and correct your account details in the LeadHuntr application. You can export the BuyLeads stored in your account as a CSV file from your dashboard. To request access to, correction of, or a copy of other personal data we hold about you, email us at support@leadhuntr.tech. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on the user data deletion page.
Children's privacy
LeadHuntr is intended for business sellers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@leadhuntr.tech and we will delete it.
International data processing
LeadHuntr is operated from India, and your information may be processed in data centers located outside India through our providers (for example Supabase and Railway). By using LeadHuntr, you consent to this processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the application or by email.
