Product keyword matching
Add the words and phrases buyers use for the products you actually sell. Matching is case-insensitive and checked against the BuyLead title.
Exclusion phrases
Describe products or requirement patterns you do not want. A matching exclusion causes that BuyLead to be skipped.
Priority and daily limits
Assign a priority and a maximum number of daily buys to each product keyword so higher-value products get more weight.
City and state filters
Restrict qualification to the places your sales and delivery operation can serve. If city and state filters are both set, both must match.
Scheduled cloud checks
Starter checks every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, and Turbo every 1 minute. Your laptop can remain off after setup.
Dashboard and CSV export
Review monitoring state and BuyLead activity in the product, then export records for sales follow-up or reporting.
A clear product boundary
LeadHuntr is not IndiaMART and does not supply BuyLead credits.
It is an independent monitoring and matching tool used with an IndiaMART seller account. Your IndiaMART terms, available BuyLeads, and credits remain with IndiaMART. LeadHuntr cannot guarantee that a qualifying BuyLead remains available or converts into a sale.
