You may request a refund of a new LeadHuntr subscription within seven calendar days of the original payment, subject to the terms below.
What is separate
- IndiaMART BuyLead credits are not sold or refunded by LeadHuntr
- Renewals and previously refunded subscriptions may not qualify
- Taxes or payment charges that cannot legally be returned may be excluded
How to request a refund
Email support@leadhuntr.tech from your account email with the payment date and transaction reference. Never send a password or full payment credential.
Review and timing
We review eligibility against the published terms and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds return through the available payment route and may take additional banking time.
